Give any VitaPups formula 60 days. If your dog isn't moving easier, settling calmer, or showing a healthier coat, email hello@vitapups.com with your order number and we'll refund your purchase in full. Keep the jar. No returns, no forms, no questions.

How to claim

Email hello@vitapups.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Subscriptions

Skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Refills bill at the recurring price shown at checkout until you cancel.

Damaged or wrong items

If an order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
